Tennant Application Procedure

Thank you for considering one of the rental properties offered by Burbridge DuCann.

If you would like to be considered for a particular property after having a viewing, you need to complete an application form and a copy of the lease letting agreement
We will also require the following documentation to be provided with the completed application Pack.

You can return the documents with scanned ID by email, however, we will require the original Letting Agreement with signatures, to be posted or hand-delivered to our office.

1. Wage slip from employer  or proof of income

2. Copy of Bank or Credit Card statement  or utility bill  

3. Copy of Photo ID  (passport or drivers licence) 

4. Application Fee £38.00 second applicant £19.00

All lease agreements are based on the 1st of the month as a start date, however,  if you require a mid-month start date, this can be calculated  on a pro rata basis by our office.  

On receipt of the application pack, we will email you to confirm processing times & provide you with a unique reference number for the payment of application fees and deposit monies.  
Please note, the deposit is refundable should your application not be successful, however application fees are an administration charge and therefore are non-refundable. In some applications a guarantor may be required and if this is the case a member of the Burbridge DuCann will contact you directly.

Subsequent rent beyond the advance start rent will be paid by Standing Order to the Landlord or to Burbridge Ducann, and these bank account details will be provided at a later date.
